Greetings Everyone!
Well.......here we are roughly?2 yrs later and we're putting the finishing touches
on the exciting new House of David Documentary!!?? The crew here at the museum would
like to invite you to an exciting evening on June 20th, starting at 5pm with a
buffet dinner and drinks, and then a first time glimpse at possibly 30 minutes of
the documentary!!?? All of the script has been edited and will blow you away!?? And
we're piecing together the final 1/3 hr of the show, trying to make use of the great
footage we have of many of those that we were so lucky to get on film before their
passing, and some amazing footage of some of those members that are still with us,
along with the most fantastic and rare early footage from the House of David
Amusement Park dating back to the 1920's!!?? Don't miss an exciting evening which
will feature great food, a little bit of live music, and film footage that will
talked about all over the world!!?? You'll be able to meet our exciting and talented
film producer who was hand picked from dozens to make this amazing story come to
life!? He has won world class film awards and is one of the best in the country
with historical documentaries.? Bring your cameras for an a shot with the producer,
and a chance at winning a free copy of the movie when its done!!? This film was
supposed to cost over $200,000 to complete, and the producer has agreed to have it
completely finished and ready for PBS for as little as $75k.? We'll be taking any
and all donations that anyone might feel like contributing to this wonderful
cause.? With a PBS Documentary there is NO reimbursement for creating a movie for
their use, so whatever money is put toward the documentary will simply be going for
a great cause.? Make all checks out to Palmer Lake Productions, c/o House of David
Preservation Society.? And if the times do not warrant a donation at this time,
PLEASE show up to give us your moral support and your thoughts about our film to
date!
